How can I identify my strengths for my preferred study field/sector/industry?

Each SkillCard can be classified into one of the 4 categories (communicative, creative, practical, analytical). Each of the categories have a different colour on the back of the card allowing you to identify your career path.

How many people can play with one deck?

Should SkillCards be used in a group setting, a maximum of 5 people can play with one deck. It is also possible to use SkillCards deck in one-to-one coaching sessions.

Is any additional material necessary?

Paper and pencil to write down the results and set the next steps. For schools additional worksheets are available on request.

Are the results going to be the same no matter in which setting I use/play SkillCards?

The field of interest/preferred work will always be the same. Individual strengths can vary slightly  depending on  the setting in which you are playing playing.

How much time do I need for the skills inventory?

40 – 60 minutes. If you want to discuss the resluts in the class room, allow at least 2 hours.

How long do I have to wait for the results?

A clear indivudual profile is available after the first round.

How often can I use SkillCards?

As many times as you want. It is advisable not to write on the cards.
